The IT Support Package will cover the following functions:

Initial Audit of all IT Systems to be included
within the contract.

Scheduled onsite present tailored to suit your
requirements.

8 Hour onsite call out*.

2 Hour telephone response (by nominated representative)*.

8 Hour E-mail response*.
including:

Checking network back-ups
-
Nominated user queries
-
Checking condition of server and networking
hardware.

Installation of basic peripherals

General network ‘house keeping’
Below is an example of the contracts and rates on
offer.
Up to
10 users ½ Day p.mth onsite attendance £600 p.m. **
Up to 20 users ½ Day
p.mth onsite attendance £900 p.m. **
Up to 30 users ½ Day
p.mth onsite attendance £1,500p.m. **

Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
** Mthly in advance, minimum 1 year. Price dependant on number of
servers. Any hardware component parts and repairs to hardware, unless
the repair can be completed within the scheduled visit. Any hardware
required will be quoted for before being supplied. All prices are
subject to VAT.
